Product Description Manic Panic Amplified Hot Hot Pink is a bright, vibrant fuchsia semi-permanent dye with intense long-lasting saturation. On pre-lightened hair, it produces a bold, luminous pink tone. The Amplified formula is vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free, offering up to 30% longer-lasting colour. How to Use: For the most vibrant result, lighten hair to a pale blonde. Do not apply on eyebrows or eyelashes. Recommended lift level: 9 or higher. – Wash with clarifying shampoo. – Do not condition. – Dry hair completely. – Apply colour evenly. – Comb through for saturation. – Cover with plastic cap. – Use heat during processing. – Rinse, dry, and style.
