Use 1-3 pumps, emulsify in hands to get a nice lather, then massage into hair and rinse. We recommend a double cleanse to nourish the scalp and strands. Use as often as needed. Leave in for at least 4 minutes, then style as usual. Use after every wash, weekly, or monthly depending on your level of hair damage. Depending on your hair length and thickness, use 1-4 pumps to coat your hair from mid-lengths to ends.
